Welcome to Belle Vue Retreat nestled on County Rd 1 in Fairhope, AL. This property boasts 106ft directly on Mobile Bay with brand new pier and boat lift! This cottage received it name because of it’s beautiful views!

Entering into Belle Vue, you are surrounded by relaxing accomodations with a soothing color palette, designer touches and original art throughout the home. As you enter the home, you will find there is a wide open living room and kitchen area where family can stay connected while visiting and sharing family meals. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen also features additional bar seating for four. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring new furniture, sofa bed for extra sleeping, designer touches, and a large flat screen mounted TV. Adjacent to the living and kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats four, the dining area has access to a furnished porch.

Belle Vue has three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Off the living room you will find the master king bedroom which has a private master bath, and flat screen mounted smart TV and desk looking over the bay. The private and renovated master bath has a single vanity, shower, and extra vanity area with dressing area and stool. The master bedroom also boasts a huge walk-in closet! (Graco pack-n-play with sheets available)

The second queen bedroom we’ve named “The Bay Room” is complete with full bathroom with shower, closet, smart TV and opens to a large furnished back porch with gorgeous views of the bay. The third queen bedroom has a full bathroom with shower, smart TV, and closet, comfortably sleeping two more guests.

Originally, when the house was built, a large screened in deck was added off the Master Bedroom. After renovation, the screen porch was changed to large windows to enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. This spacious, now “Sun Room” adds to the lounging area of the home with smart TV and swinging chair to help relax even more while you watch the brown pelicans and sea gulls glide over the bay.
